Jean Power is of counsel to Power Daley, PLLC.
Jean received her law degree from Texas Tech School of Law in 1989. She practices family law exclusively and has over 20 years of experience in helping clients in the areas of domestic violence and emotional abuse. Jean is bilingual (English and Spanish) and has been a certified mediator since 1996.
Jean is a past president of the Plano Bar Association and the Collin County Social Services Association. She is a member of the Plano Bar Association, Collin County Bar Association, and Dallas Bar Association as well as a Life Fellow of the Collin County Bench-Bar Foundation. She was the radio host for Law for the People (KNON).
Her numerous speaking enagements, published works, and television appearances include Eye on Texas (CBS), Macquistion (KERA), Alimony in Texas - What you Need to Know (Legal Front), and Family Law Case Update (Poverty Law Conference).
